Valves launched February 7, 2024
AquaStar announced the FlowStar® valve line on February 7, 2024: 2-way valves, 3-way valves, check valves, an actuator and replacement kits, all under the FlowStar® name.
The line already appears in the field. On the installed pad AquaStar uses to show its parts, a FlowStar® valve sits alongside the PureStar™ ozone system, the Pipeline Filter® and the Pipeline Pump®.

Flow Sync®, FlowCode and the Web App
Flow Sync® is covered by patent 12,392,414, one entry in a portfolio of over 60 patents that AquaStar has built since it was founded in October 2003.
AquaStar lists FlowCode, the Web App and AquaStar Cloud Support alongside its FlowStar® flow meters. What each one does for a particular installation is a question for the people who make them: call (877) 768-2717 and ask before you spec.
The lab behind the meters
AquaStar Laboratories measures flow to plus or minus 0.25% across a range of 0.94 gpm to 9,792 gpm, using 2", 6" and 10" electromagnetic flow meters calibrated in-house to plus or minus 0.00016%.
The photograph on this page is the white PVC flow-test loop that stands against the blue wall of that lab on McGrath Street in Ventura. The same floor also runs the robotic ANSI/APSP-16 testing AquaStar uses on its drain covers.
