The skimmer and the lid on top
FlowStar® is the AquaStar mark on its skimmers. Fill-Lid is AquaStar's fillable lid, and it comes as three models: FL10, SFL10 and SFL11. AquaStar shows its skimmers and Fill-Lid as NSF 50 certified.
In general terms, a skimmer is the pool's surface intake: it draws water from the top so leaves and debris travel to the filter instead of settling. The lid is the part you see at the deck.

Kits for vinyl and fiberglass
AquaStar lists builder kits for vinyl pools and for fiberglass pools, sold as the VBK series and the FBK series. Matching the kit to the build type is the first decision, and the series name is the code to give your distributor.
Alongside the skimmer, AquaStar lists decorative covers, an extension collar and a vacuum plate.
